It seems as though SEIU boss Mary Kay Henry is may be paying for image consultants to improve her “reputation.”
At least, if a 2012 post on Pissed Consumer by what appears to be an ex-employee of the image consultant, is true:
I was hired as a reputation manager consultant to help improve Mary Kay Henry. We are a team of 5 but she does not know me but knows my boss. This lady will pay anyone ton clean up her image and is not at all worried about tweeting every picture about herself to take over google images. My check was short last week and I quit.
I truly hope that someone out their in SEO can put the truth about this narcissistic monster and I am glad she is resigning.
While this may or may not be true, it certainly raises a few questions:
- Is (or was) Mary Kay Henry paying image consultants to improve her reputation?
- If so, why?
- If the individual’s post is true and the union boss is (or was) paying consultants to improve her “reputation,” were they paid out of her own pocket, or from the SEIU’s treasury that is funded through union members’ dues?
- If she has used money from the SEIU’s treasury, how much has she paid for consultants to improve her “reputation?”
- Has it worked, or should SEIU members demand a refund?
And, most importantly…
