In today’s modern digital world the ratio of humans to digital assets has dramatically flipped upside down. With that phenomenon comes the need to flip our ways of thinking about how to manage the modern workplace, and the resources needed to make it function effectively and efficiently, completely upside down as well.
“The roles and responsibilities normally assigned to humans is changing rapidly. Bots are taking away many mundane tasks allowing HR to devote time on things that matter. I worry that HR is ill prepared to meet the challenges these shifts represent.”
