Are Left-Wing Activist Groups About To Go On A Hiring Spree?

Left-wing activists are being hired for $15-$22 per hour in Seattle to fight Trump’s agenda.

Since Donald Trump’s surprise election win to become the next President of the United States, left-wing organizations have been organizing protests.
Across the nation, private property has been vandalized and streets have been shut down streets and highways blocked.

While many Americans may view the protesters merely as upset citizens exercising their First Amendment rights, the truth is, many of the protesters are paid activists (aka astro-turf).

In Seattle, for example, the group Washington CAN! has placed an ad on Craigslist for paid activists to be hired to “fight the Trump agenda.” Hired activists, the ad states, will be paid between $15 and $22 per hour.

Washington CAN! is our state’s oldest and largest Grassroots Non-Profit. We’ve been organizing and winning on the local and national level for over 35 years on issues such as Racial, Social, and Economic Justice, Health Care, Immigration Reform, Tax Fairness, and a Living Wage for all workers.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are seeking Full-Time, Part-Time, and Permanent positions.

Given that it was widely expected that Hillary Clinton was expected to win the election, many of the Left-wing organizations were caught off guard and, as a result, are likely just beginning their recruitment for what will be a protest-filled next four years.
